Best selling leathercraft rivets for all projects - Permanent metal rivet fixings for leatherwork.
Made from steel and plated in a choice of finishes, these rivets have a slightly raised domed cap at either end so they look attractive from both sides of any leather work.
To determine which size rivet you need, allow for 1-2mm of the post to show outside the layers of leather to get a good fix.
The post dimension of the rivet is approximately 2-3mm so use the size 1 punch from the Mini Punch Set 3003-00 or 3240-00 Deluxe Rotary Punch or the individual 3777-01 drive punch.
To set the rivets you will need 8100-00 setting tool for the small to large sizes and 8100-01 setting tool for extra small plus a Mini Anvil 8056-00.
Please note the Antique Copper, Antique Brass and Antique Nickel rivets are all nickel free.
